It is so hard to lose just a few pounds, so his accomplishment is amazing! Making that decision must have been very hard, considering his past experience, but once a person has his/her mind up, that is already the first step taken, and the rest just does not seem so hard. Like when I had to decide about having that difficult knee surgery. I was so scared, cuz did not know what was waiting for me on the other end of it. Now I have gone thru it twice, and still remember back to those weeks where I could not sleep for trying to decide. The rest did not seem so bad, oddly enough. Anyway, a nice post, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that those pounds melt off!! hugs, DebbyThe Pink Birdhousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16211734667583378167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1067557053316594593.post-50163311144923535642009-11-12T19:48:34.267-08:002009-11-12T19:48:34.267-08:00Hat's off to Alex....He looks GREAT! I have several friends that have had that surgery. They are different people because of it. It's a new chance at life.
