This week I wanted to share this picture of my husband that I took yesterday. I have shared in a previous post about his journey with Gastric Bypass surgery. You can read all about it here. It has been quite a journey but as of yesterday he has lost 150 lbs!! He is feeling great--like a whole new man. I posted a little before picture of him so you could see the progress he has made. I am so proud of him and all of his determination to live a healthy life.

Alex-What an amazing transformation! This was not an easy course to follow but you're doing a great job and the benefits to your overall health are many. You are a good example to your son that hard work, descipline and determination pay off. You should be proud of your accomplishment...keep on keepin' on!
