Happy New Year!!!!

That is my wish for all of you in this new year.
Before I rush off to welcome in the new year with my family, I thought it might be fun to share this yummy recipe with you.  I made it this morning to take along to a family gathering.  It is super easy and oh so delicious.
Cinnamon Sugar Coffee Cake
(3) cans of Pillsbury flaky buttermilk biscuits
1/3 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
***Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into tiny balls.  Place sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag.  Add the little dough balls and shake to coat.  Place coated biscuits in a bundt cake sprayed with cooking spray.

Make sauce below and pour over dough balls
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
****Bring to a boil and stir until carmalized (about 1 min.)

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool slightly and transfer to serving platter.
ENJOY!!!

Happy New Year my friends.
Love,
Mimi

Would it surprise you to know that I was up at Michael's (North) this morning with DPG-I really wanted one of the new spring MS punches with my 50% off coupon. They are super cute! I'll be "punch happy" all weekend! Have fun today!

Did you save your mom a piece? Or better yet you could make me one for the Steeler Game. Love you. Happy New Year and Happy Scrapping and Crafting in 2010.

Dear Mimi, I am so very happy to meet you! A friend of Joyce? I know you are a special person, I adore her. I have just spent the last, well quite a long time, reading through your blog. You are a Paper Queen as well! Oh, I am inspired to create so many of your projects. Just when I thought I needed no more holiday paper I see that I need to create a mitten garland. Inspiration Station is what I have discovered here! Elizabeth
